Vitamin B: It is found in meat, cereal, grain and dairy products. The Vitamin B is the group of eight water-soluble vitamins which play a very important role in cell metabolism. Combining those eight it is been called as vitamin B complex.

Vitamin C: It is found in Fresh Fruit and vegetables and it helps to grow body and heal wounds and create on body tissues.

Vitamin D: This vitamin is produced by human skin and referred only when a person is exposed to sunlight. It is found in eggs and fish and is required by the body for absorbing calcium and phosphorus.

Vitamin E: It is found in green leafy vegetables and in most of the cases remain available as a dietary supplement. It is the collective name for a group of fat soluble compounds added with distinctive antioxidant activities. In nature it is found in eight chemical forms like alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocopherol and alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocotrienol as they have varying level and types of biological activities.

In order to make out the best use of vitamins that a person founds in vegetable as part of their diet it is imperative for them to wash them out and eating fresh vegetable within a week of after procuring them. . If you have the choice between canned and frozen vegetables than frozen vegetables always keep more vitamins yet there is no alternate or substitute for fresh vegetables.
